What to do when you are having a cold? Juice this!

in #health7 years ago

So today I am free from work and it is a sunny most beautiful day! I wanted to ride my bike, walk through the forest and swim some. But... when upon waking up I feel my throat hurts, my temperature has risen, I am sneezing and I have a mild headache.... Say what?! No.... The cold?! Can this be during summer? Everyone around me had the cold, so now it's my turn.

So what do I do? I am going to dissolve this with a master juice. Just going to blast this nonsense away. It is going to beg for mercy and more.

Here are the ingredients:

  • Spinach
  • Carrots
  • Celery
  • Cucumber
  • Nettles
  • Ginger
  • Lemon
  • garlic
  • Last, but not least: cayenne pepper

It is not super delicious... but... it will open up everything, make you go to the toilet fast and kills off unwanted pathogens within your gut and whatnot. I decided not to eat today except juicing and eating a watermelon. This way my body can take a breather and fight what is left inside. I highly recommend it as I am feeling much better now and I am going for a nice walk and a swim today! It gives a lot of energy! Get some much wanted sun on my skin, which is an immune booster of itself.
