Do you know microwaving your food twice makes the food a poison to your body?
Do you know some plastic materials reacts with food while you microwave it making it toxic to your body?
Do you know that exposure to long hours of microwave radiation is dangerous to your health?
This are the dark sides of technological advancement, but we can not do without it. Integrated Rural Technology center says:

Make alot of sense to me. Since very long time ago, i threw my microwave and never buy back a new one. I would recommend a method where you ca. Simply steam your food back hot, it may take longer time but it is healthy!
Yes in Africa it is done that way, you steam a frozen food in boiling water for some minutes and then consume afterwards.
Nice post @the-commentator! I try to avoid microwaving as much as possible. Even if it means making some pans dirty.
LOL.....once there is gas cooker or a gasoline stove, the trick is steam anything you want to eat on fire.
My kids marvel every time they see one. I will not own one or use one. I like food. Microwaves are not for cooking IMO.
That is very good. Scientifically the microwave radiation per on unit is not safe for toddlers, now imagine a neighbourhood in which every household owns a Microwave, such community will never survive a distant Nuclear attack because the radiations will take its effect.
