What Not to do to be healthy
DO NOT
Consume sugar, all types specially white reigned sugar. It is the most addicting drug and the cause of long list of diseases if not all.
Eat junk food. Anything fast and cheap usually will have very little nutrients and tons of bad toxins, due to sugar, bad oils, table salt and more
Constantly use pharmaceutical drugs! Medications produced in a lab usually have a few benefits and a huge list of side effects. There is no one Pharma drug in my experience that has less then 3 side effects. Unless obsoletely necessary avoid pharma drugs
4.Smoke. Cigarettes do not relief stress and they do not make you look cool, they just slowly poison you and make you smell really bad.
