i loved this post. really, i love PROCESS. i love to hear that thought process and battle you went through, back and forth, determination to use facts and skill and the battle that we have with INFORMATION and PEOPLE. thanks for sharing ;) this is like remote therapy for me that it's ok for me to have form and process so very much part of my day to day.
