you write about complicated things very clear and simple, it's pleasure for me to read and to find new info.
Of course I can google it, but it's much more interessting to know some facts from an Indian girl, because India is considered to be Motherland of Yoga, and it seems to me you know it much better than all russian articles about it-)
Yoga is popular in Russia but it's more like a fashion hobby, people like to speak about it like they are professionals, but in fact they are like monkeys who try to repeat something without any understanding of the sense-)
