- Chicken
- Banana
- Egg
All these things are very important, we should eat all in a day. It doesn't matter if we are drinking peanut butter shake, or banana shake. If you start adding these thing then you will see results in your body.
If you are taking whey protein in your diet then you dont need this much thing to eat. Because that things are already included in that.
