Hi friends steemian all, apakabar all of you??? i yesterday have introduced myself to all my friends.
Now I will try to give a little health science to all friends and I've tried it.

So I will discuss about the benefits of ginger, ginger is a plant with a slightly spicy flavor, and ginger is usually harvested and used for medicine and cooking materials. Ginger has many health benefits, such as helping stimulate the function of the pancreas and digestive system.

This plant is also useful for treating respiratory diseases, such as cough or flu, and as a sedative to relieve body aches. Excellent Vitamin C and B6, along with minerals such as potassium, make ginger a good natural remedy for many diseases. Ginger even has antioxidant properties.

Ginger water can be served with a mixture of other kitchen ingredients, but cinnamon and lemon juice ingredients are most often added in this drink. There are several health benefits in ginger drink that will discuss for you all.

1.Accelerate your metabolism.
Ginger is known for its thermogenic properties.That's why ginger is great for speeding up your metabolism and reducing fat in people who are obese or overweight.

2.Improve digestion.
These roots contain high fiber concentrations, thus enhancing our bowel function.
It also helps the body absorb more nutrients while helping to eliminate all toxins that can cause swelling and abdominal discomfort.

3.Good antioxidants.
Ginger is a great source of vitamins and minerals. Its antioxidant properties are beneficial to heart health and help fight hardening and narrowing of the arteries, thus helping the blood flow.
