💪🏻To restore strength:
1 orange, 1/4 grapefruit, 1/4 lemon with skin, is recommended after taking heavy heavy food or after a hard busy day.
💪🏻For a cold:
1 large orange, 1/2 lemon with skin, 1/4 cup of mineral water, add a piece of orange to decorate.
💪🏻For weight reduction:
1/2 pink grapefruit, 2 apples. If you are hungry, eat this fresh between meals.
💪🏻To cleanse the blood:
3 sweet apples, 8 strawberry berries. The juice is wonderful and tastes good.
💪🏻To improve the complexion:
8 berries of strawberries, 2 sprigs of green or black grapes.
💪🏻To improve the skin:
6 pieces of carrots, 1/2 green pepper. Especially recommended for adolescents.
💪🏻To eliminate toxins:
If you eat a lot of meat, you are recommended this juice: 2-3 pieces of carrots, 1/2 cucumber, 1/2 beets with leaves.
💪🏻Favorable effect on the stomach:
1/2 tomato, 100 grams of cabbage, 2 bunches of celery.
💪🏻To strengthen bones:
5-6 pieces of carrots, 4 leaves of cabbage, 4 sprigs of parsley, 1/2 apple. Recommended for children.
💪🏻To strengthen the nails:
6 pieces of carrots, 1/2 parsnip (from a portion of carrots).
