Congenital Heart Disease - a Doom or Fate's Challenge? [Health and Yoga]

 – I'm afraid, ma'am that your daughter has valvular disease, ASD  – this was the phrase my Mum heard in 1997 when I was three. That was a doom. The only thing she could do was to take me to Moscow's best clinique for another observation; luckily enough the diagnosis was wrong - a doctor's mistake that could cost me and my family much. Too much. I have paid off with cardiac murmur, but many thousands are not that lucky. Their heart disease is not a mistake, it is their reality. Their doom or fate's challenge?

 Atrial septal defect (ASD) is a congenital heart defect in which blood flows between the atria (upper chambers) of the heart. Normally, the atria are separated by a dividing wall, the interatrial septum. If this septum is defective or absent, then oxygen-rich blood can flow directly from the left side of the heart to mix with the oxygen-poor blood in the right side of the heart, or vice versa.

The operation is really costy (about $5 000 which is a big sum for Russia) and many have nothing but to pray and believe.
But when I was sharing the same thoughts with my guru, Sri Lankan yoga teacher, he said that yoga has an answer and revealed me an ASD secret. I decided to share this secret with the community as it may save somebody's life.

In this pose air comes directly to lungs which helps to ventile the organ on the one hand. On the other hand, the chest is open and that results in the fact that blood in heart runs full round and the wall between the chambers rebuilds step by step. That's not a remedy that will help after a couple of weeks - but in case of constant everyday practice the wall regenerates.
