Potato helps strongly to keep blood pressure in place. Because of the potato-minus chemicals in the potato. However, keeping in mind the extra potato increases the amount of sugar in the blood and the weight can be increased.

Red potato contains glucose, oxygen, vitamin B complex, amino acids, omega-3 and other fatty acids, which help in the brain to provide the necessary ingredients for keeping and functioning. Potatoes are very good for digestion. Because there is high fever in the potato.
