Sitting is the new smoking!
Sitting for 6 hours a day is equal to smoking a pack of cigarettes, studies reveal. It can take a toll on the body by increasing the levels of cholesterol and fat, and the likelihood of type-2 diabetics.
The good news is that even small amounts of physical activity through the day greatly reduce the risk to your heart.
Here are few simple suggestions:

- item Replace long emails with waking one on ones.
