If you expect to be happy your whole life, well, your wrong.
We all know life isn't completely cornbread muffins, Dunkin Donuts and unicorn farts.
It can be pretty difficult at times. We also know that life could be completely mysterious, wonderful and full of surprising miracles. So based upon my philosophy what do I believe is the best way to let go of all the stressful times and have more of those miracles?
I am going to break it down to 5 simple steps.
1: Realise that all the emotional turmoil you may have that sits in your head doesn't make you who you are today.
2: Except that your past is important and it's all data that only holds your education of the person you have became.
3: Your behaviors are not your personality, you are always in control no matter how much that subconscious mind tries to take over.
4: Most of your main feelings against other people, topics, or things come from your ego. Your ego is pretty much a small part of your subconscious mind that determines behaviors that make you feel uncomfortable or negative in some way. The best way to overcome this is to recognize that sometimes it's not the other person, that it is you and the standards you have made for how you react to other people's opinions feelings and exc. These behaviors are really not your fault in the future I may cover this if need be.
5: Forgive yourself and let go of stress, anger, frustration, or kind of negativity. Breathing through it and relaxing your mind is the best thing to do when you notice that any kind of tension is starting to build up inside you.

If you have to step aside and think, it'll be better than doing something you may regret. Love is the most important feeling that should be shared among the ones you find most important.
You see anger is just a blip, just a moment in time that passes by but feelings and emotions stay forever. The people you love really don't care about what you did, it's what you do. It's all about the time you spend with them, it's the things that you complish together that make you the person who you are.
Be happy, be yourself, and just be true to who you want to be.
