- Uttanasana

3.Universalization
Saranganjasan, as its name suggests, is the posture of entire body parts. This posture is helpful in controlling the weight by affecting the throat glands and giving strength to the eyes and the brain. This asana purifies the digestive tract and it also acts as a blood purifier by increasing blood in the body.
