Scientists have checked if water helps lose weight
Is it possible to increase the volume of used water to lose weight? Scientists from the United States conducted their investigation and received an affirmative answer to this question. Researchers at Stanford University have found that starting to consume more water is enough to start the process of weight loss. In favor of this view, the results of the experiment with the participation of more than 100 women who had signs of varying degrees of obesity. As part of a study, women should have started drinking more plain, clean water than previously consumed. A poll conducted earlier showed that none of the participants drank water to the right extent - about two liters per day.
The trial lasted for a year. Thanks to the daily use of water they could lose weight even those women who have not changed anything else in their lives. These participants became more coherent on average by two pounds.
Let's remind that earlier doctors have led the arguments about why the format of healthy eating is completely fitted with sugar, which is usually advised to refuse all, those who are thin. According to nutritionists, a diet in which there is a lot of vegetables and fruits in the daily menu, there is no fast food and half-finished foods, and sugar is administered in a controlled manner, which ultimately is better than a non-carbohydrate diet.
