Obesity, Leptin, Energy and Einstien
The first roadblock to obesity is understanding that most of the mainstream health "guru's" do not have a clue what they are talking about
Nearly all of them are caught at the level of bio-chemistry and they do not understand how all the biochemical cycles they study are actually controlled by light and that light controls your carcadian rythm
Fun fact the whole food web is controlled by light aswell and they got no clue about how it works (This is a story for another time)
I know, who am I to tell you that, but the first part of my statment is pretty easy to confirm for yourself - Go look up some of the big "Food Guru's" and see if they ever talk about anything but bio-chemistry (The whole Paleo crew is a good start here)
I'm not trying to paint a bad picture of the food pepole just saying that all their diets are very much half truths. In fact they all got something right and just about the same amount wrong
The real problem here is not having a clue about what you don't know !
I gonna start with an ending statement and explain it in as simple terms as i can while providing link to some Biohacks one can do to fix the issue's
This is by NO means a complete explanation more of a primer to make you see the lower layers of mother nature so you know where to look for further information
First we need to take a look at Leptin:
Leptin is the MASTER hormone in the body, some of you have properly never heard of this hormone but in fact it controls all the other hormones in the body !
It's made by adiposte tissues (Fat cells) and excreted into the blood when energy stores are filled up in a cell
So Quantum Viking does this mean obese pepole have higher levels of Leptin ?
Yep remeber that it's excreted by the fat cells but where is this the signal recived?
In the brain more precisely the SCN (Super Cosmatic Nucles) This is called the main carcadian oscilator (Think of it as your main body clock)
What happens as these levels go higher and higher - You become Leptin resitant meaning that your brain has become "immune" to the signal this is the reason many pepole have the need to eat every 3 hours

If you have been in the health world for some time then you properly have heard up the Thyroid and how it controls your metabolism and that it's the key to fixing your obesity

In my intro blog i mention that I ended up lifting a whole bunch of weights and that I was never really able to build muscle - This was due to this fact I was stressed out due to my horrible enviroment (working in IT) sitting in front of blue light screens all day which gave my body the idea that it was midday all the time - This also explains why my sleep went south
Now you should have better understanding of how Leptin works but the real question is where is that energy, That leptin is manging, used?
The answer you find in the mithcondria which is a small part of the cell mostly explaned as begin the "Power House" of the cell. This is a very good anology
The energy is moved around the body in the form of Electrons these are subatomic particles that make up the atoms that you know about like Hydrogen Carbon and Oxygen (bet many of you never even though about food at that level)
Electrons are special as they are the only things that can absorb the energy from light (Einstein's PhotoElectric effect) therefore we use them in the ECT (Electron Chain Transport) in the mithocondria to power the making of water and ATP (the so called energy "curriency" of the body this is another half truth that I will dismantle is dismantles in the video at the bottom if you find the answer the let me know in the comment section)
Time to bench watch science videos guys ... don't go further before you have watched these a few times the key here is seeing the electrons pass the "cythocromes" and how the different substances go from cycles to cycles ending in the mithocondria on the ECT
