JOINT HEATLH in OLD AGE _ KNEE
Most of the people in world suffered from some kind of joint pain sometime in their life .
I am elaborating knee joint pain reasons and remedies.
Old Age related osteoarthritis which is due to increase in wear of joint in comparison with healing response of body.
This is preventable or we can delay this process by some simple life style modification .
What to do — regular exercise ,this include walking 🚶♂️ ,
Knee muscle strengthening exercises,
Eat substance rich in mucus like ladyfinger.
Weight reduction -this is very important factor for avoiding knee pain because obesity can accelerate joint damage .
What not to do — sitting in chair for hours ,
Avoid cross legged sitting ,
Try to Avoid squatting position after age of 50 .
This can avoid future knee pain and treatment required for that which may be icostly as in case of knee joint replacement .
So take care of urself and your knee .
