Easy Way to improve Liver Health [Fatty Liver]

Hi, Today I am gonna tell you guys, how we can improve our liver health, which is an important organ and does over 400 tasks in the body. So, keeping it healthy is important and easy too, only if we know the right way.
The function of liver is to detoxify our system and in this fast life we eat too much-processed food which is not healthy for our body and it put lot of extra work on the liver to remove toxins from our food and if we don't take care of our liver, eventually it will not be able to work efficiently, So...
What are the causes of Liver problems?????
Eating too much carbs and Trans Fat ( Man-made fat not natural )
Alcohol
Taking too much medication

What should be done ?? The answer is... Keep it strong and healthy.... How??
The maine problem with the Liver is FAT storage on Liver which is also known as fatty liver.
Drinking Apple Cider Vinegar can really help in Fatty Liver Problem because it helps in reducing the visceral fat or we can say that the fat storage on Liver which lead to scar tissue and which leads to cirrhosis.

It helps suppress fat storage
