              Three cups of milk keep the heart healthy.


It was said so long, when the age of milk-eggs. But recently a new study found that regularly drinking a certain quantity of milk or staying away from the heart. This is a global observational study. It says that drinking three cups full of milk daily reduces the risk of heart disease. People who drink less than half a cup of milk in a day, compared to those who consumed three cups of milk a day, the risk of heart disease and death rates are very low.

 According to the data provided by the World Heart Federation, there are approximately 1.27 million people worldwide who die of heart disease every year. 80 percent of these happen in middle and low-income countries. Humanity is at the top of the world due to death factors.

Researchers say, should not avoid dairy products due to the risk of heart disease. Especially in middle and lower-income countries, it should be encouraged.
