Are you having trouble remembering something? And your feeling your getting forgetful already, it could be due to a lack of sleep or a number of other reasons, including genetics, lifestyle and environmental factors. However, there's no doubt that diet plays a major role in brain health. There are foods that will not only make you healthy but also boost your memory and brain function really sharp. This will enhance your cognitive function, memory and alertness.

A. Eat your veggies
Vegetables are capable of giving us a healthy lifestyle, it gives vitamins and minerals that we need to cope with the daily activities of the day and to fight diseases. But aside from that, vegetables are also good for the brain memory.
