Eating healthy and delicious!

I am a fan of salads, and this is one I eat recently regularly!
It contains:
- ¾ of salad, two big tomatoes, three grated carrots, one small onion, green olives & olive oil.
You could add avocado and dried tomatoes, as well.
To make it even better, instead of just using olive oil you could make pesto as a sauce.
For example add olive or sunflower oil, a little bit of fennel, garlic, some sunflower seeds or other nuts like cashew and blend it. Add to the salad and mix.
I bought the ingredients on an eco-market, if you can have them from your garden - even better! Don’t save on the ingredients, the better they are, the healthier and tastier the salad gets!
