I like this, gives people a goal. They get easier the more you do them. Its getting started. I use to be weak, so i started doing them on an incline, lean against a stair case and lower myself a step every week till i was able to do them properly.

Agreed. When you do it in starting it feels so hard but overtime when new muscle builds it become easier.
