This is a very powerful image, it was taken in London. A mentally ill man on the verge of taking his own life, surrounded by people urging him not to! These people are heroes, they're talking to the guy, pleading with him, you can clearly see them holding him, they have him tied to the bridge while waiting for the emergency services to arrive.

This is what mentally ill people need - HELP!

Its a very striking and emotional image on so many levels! The distress, the panic .....but it's also reassuring to think that someone cares enough to intervene and help!
These persons really need medical assistance, so if you know or see any don't fail to take him or her to a doctor
