Internationally renowned medical nutritionist who is also the holder of the Guinness book of World Record- Dr Biswaroop Roy Chowdhury reveals the truth behind diabetes and how our entire lives have been a lie! Besides, he has also authored 25 books including "Diabetes Free World" published in 71 languages. While preparing for this study, Dr. Biswaroop received a mail from his university saying that if he conducts the said program and reveals the secret of diabetes to the people at large, his doctorate degree will be abrogated and inspite of receiving such threats Dr. Biswaroop chose not to step back.
Dr. Biswaroop smashed the myth of Blood Sugar as our body has nothing as such. His decade long experience proved the same as he found no traces of blood sugar even after analysing 20,000 blood samples. He revealed that the so called blood sugar comprises of Glucose, Fructose, Sucrose, Saccharine and Aspartame and only Glucose is the major culprit and not others.
In this article, we're further going to discuss about the live experiment performed by Dr. Biswaroop on himself and how he has proved the claims hollow. Dr. Biswaroop says there exists no such thing as "Blood sugar" and the day people are made aware of the truth, diabetes can be eliminated within a few days from the patient's body.
Along with the help of his medical team, he conducted the live experiment in front of the masses by taking out blood from his own body. He first added Glucose to his blood sample to which the reading was recorded High. He then added, Fructose to his blood sample, which is actually sweeter than Glucose, to which the reading surprisingly recorded was way too lower as compared to Glucose.
Fructose which is found in fruits, does not mix with the blood instead hides and settles down in our liver. This is because the mechanism of Fructose and Glucose is different and only Glucose mixes with the blood. Doctors have been advising diabetic patients to avoid fruits since the time they have been diagnosed with Diabetes. However, the truth is when a diabetic patient consumes larger quantities of fruits (eg: mango,banana, grapes) it actually reduces the amount of blood sugar. And we have been listening from doctors since over 100 years on how diabetic patients should maintain a safe distance from mangoes.
Dr Biswaroop further stated that sweetness has nothing to do with Diabetes and that the Glucometer device cannot tell you whether you have diabetes or not. Sometimes inspite the reading being shown high, a person may not have diabetes and vice versa. Also, the major reason behind the truth being hidden is that there are only 3 companies in the world that cover 99% of the insulin market.
