Find an oil that really rocks your world, makes you feel fantastic and puts a little sparkle in your step
This is super simple......
- If you already have one of these baby's in your collection get right to it
otherwise
being easy about it, take your oils and quickly smell each bottle until one really makes you zing
( Frank is a fav for me today )
- Wherever you are, sitting / standing/ balancing on your head......
take a big breath in and a big breath out
