if you have problem with appendicular muscles what to do ?
Many muscle cramp is to catch the problem. It's pretty uncomfortable. Some steps can be taken to reduce it.

Assuming you do appendicular muscles
If the back of the thigh muscles, then straighten the patient's knee and ankle with one hand and hold down the Raise legs. The other hand hold the knee, the knee that will not break. To massage the affected muscles gently.
If the front of the thigh muscle, then in accordance with the procedure referred to in the knee down in front of the thigh muscles and massaging.

Then massage the affected muscles.
