If you are beginner in gym, Then please read it out. There are all general problems and solutions which you may face in beginning.
- Food : Don’t eat before gym. But all proteins much consume regularly - Clothes : only wear gym clothes and also use gym shoes - Exercise: You shouldn’t be extreme in initial days. - Water : Drink water, because it will helps your body to increase and also from dehydration.
