Duke's Lemon Drop Sheet Cake
INGREDIENTS

1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/2 c. Lemonade
2 tbsp. lemon zest, and additional for garnish, and 1/2 cup juice
1 1/4 c. sugar
3 massive eggs
2 tsp. pure vanilla
3/4 c. Duke’s mayonnaiseDIRECTIONS
Preheat kitchen appliance to 350°F. gently grease and flour a 9-by-13-inch baking pan. Whisk along flour, leaven, hydrogen carbonate, and salt in a very bowl. mix fruit drink, lemon zest, and juice in a very separate bowl.
Beat sugar, eggs, and vanilla on medium-high speed with an electrical mixer till mixture is extremely light-weight and ribbons kind once beater is upraised, a pair of to fourminutes. cut back speed to low, add dressing, and beat simply till combined. hammer in flour mixture and fruit drink mixture alternately, starting and ending with flour mixture, simply till incorporated. Transfer to ready pan.
