There are 3 ways to reduce headache;

  1. Massage or self-massage.
    Once you feel the approach of the headache, take the position of reclining - let you be as comfortable as possible. Try to listen to yourself: where does this pain begin? The body itself will tell you where to massage it: the region of the temples or the forehead, the back of the neck, or the neck area. True, making self-massage of the shoulders is not easy - you will have to use the help of a close friend, friend or professional masseur. In any case, give in to relaxation, which gives a massage - and the headache will recede.

  2. Warmer.
    When the muscles of the neck are strained, the outflow of blood from the head is blocked. The main vein, which allows blood to flow from the head, passes through the spine, or more precisely - through the first cervical vertebra. This place, as a rule, needs additional relaxation.

  3. The hell with it.
    Not literally, of course. But many of us manage voluntarily and regularly to drive themselves. And winded horses, as you know, target. This saying resonates with another: the best remedy for headache — a guillotine. It is those who are without mercy themselves tired, not paying attention to stress, often suffer from headaches.
