I also love to sleep as much I can. It helps me to escape far from the daily pressure, workload, and stress, problems and many more. Someone has a fixed goal in their daily life that they can fulfill it. But I think I fixed it every day that I could go to my bed very early.
I have described some problems that can occur by lacking sleep. Scientists have found some disease can occur by lack of sleep like colon cancer, diabetics, Inflammation of lungs, some heart problems like heart attack. It's time to add some more problems that can occur by less sleep.
A chance to weight gaining:
In this time no one wants to be a fatso. Wants to be as much as they can remain fit. Excessive fat always brings some health problem, create a resistance of blood circulation may occur some heart problems like heart attack. A research shows result that those who sleep less than 7 hours have a chance to get weight. The disparity of hormones caused by the lack of sleep affects appetite. The appetite that regulates by the hormones like ghrelin and leptin interrupt by lack of sleep. That can occur gaining a lot of weight through hunger. So sleep well enough that can keep you healthy and fit.
A good sleep can reduce depression:
Depression is so common. Serotonin, a chemical inside our body is responsible for depression. Lack of sleep impacts many chemicals in our body and serotonin is one of them. So some way lack of sleep could responsible for depression.
In another way, a sound sleep can make an interval of your depression period and also helps to remove depression from you.

I have problems with sleeping and about three years ago, I had my first epi seazure. They noticed I have sleep disorder. I sleep, but my brain don’t and jeah to much stress and not enough sleep, can bring to attack too...So I’m looking for solution now, how to calm my mind before sleep... calm music and meditacion helps... I’m still not there to be compleatly calm in my sleep, but it’s working... slowly but that is something :) so... sleeping is very very important ☺️🦋 great post 👍
