The word insomnia has become very common in our life now a days.Millions of People are suffering much globally in this problem.

What is Insomnia ?
Insomnia is nothing but a sleep disorder which make people unable to sleep at night despite sufficient reasons to make the victim sleeping.

Symptoms of Insomnia

Few symptoms are observed for an insomnia disordered person.Very few of them are mentioned below which goes mostly with all the insomnia victims.
-Can not sleep for a long time even trying after several hours.
-Have a common tendency to wake up in the night and can not back to sleeping state.
-Wakes up very early in the morning.

Reason for this disorder

Not a single reason is responsible for this disorder.Many physical and psychological reasons work behind this. Amon

-Lack of sufficient physical exercise
-Low back pain
-Asthma
-Sinus Problem

Apart from these physical issues , few psychological issues work as the cause of insomnia.

How to overcome insomnia problem !

Yes definitely there are ways to overcome the issue and those are not very hard to comply with.Briefly going through few of them

-Go to bed in a fixed time everday
-Have at least 6 hours sleep daily
-Avoid tea/coffee, Nicotine prior to going bed
-Stop listening music or watching movies with high volume at least from 30 hour before of your going bed.
