5 Healthy Recipes To Burn Fat And Detoxify

Drink water is very important to your health in general, and Detox helps you to drink more water and rid your body of toxins and fat burning, so I gave you some recipes Detox.

1 - Grapefruit and Strawberry Shrubs: ( Helps rid the body of fat )

Ingredients:

  • Fruit of sliced cucumber.
  • Two grapefruit fruits cut into four parts.
  • 2 cups strawberries.
  • Fresh Mint Papers.

Method:
Pour the ingredients into two liters of water, and leave the drink in the fridge for two hours before eating it. (For the best result of eating half a liter a day)

2 - Ginger and mint drink:

Ingredients:

  • Fruit cucumber.

4-Mint drink and cucumber:

Ingredients:

  • Fruit sliced cucumber.
  • 5-7 mint papers.

Method:
For two hours, remove the ingredients in two liters of water. ( This drink helps improve digestion and rid the body of toxins )

5- Kiwi drink and herbs:

Ingredients:

  • 2 of fresh or dried rosemary.
  • 2 of wild thyme.
  • ½ cucumber, cut into slices.
  • A cup of kiwi cubes.

Method:
Remove the ingredients in two liters of water for at least two hours. ( This drink helps to detoxify and improve digestion, and supplies the body with vitamins )
