bit of an introduction... hello Steemit!!

Hello!!.. Steemit universe my names Jonathan

                         im from manila Philippines ,

i work as a Bpo (*business process outsourcing) team leader by night and

                         a power lifter/bodybuilder by day,

i have one son who is 5 months old and he means the world to me and so lucky to be his father..

im here on steemit to provide diet advice and also workout advice to those people playing
with a time managed schedule. why diet advice? well diet is half the battle in fitness..
your workout might be the best of all workouts, but after the session you eat like crap then good luck on your fitness goals. .

I used to be 400lbs or 398lb to be exact but i wanted to live longer so i decided to choose fitness over the good stuff.
now my weight is at 269lbs with a 15.2% body fat.all the hard work eventually pays off..Now off to my other topic "the workout" every other day ill be posting small mini workouts that will help you hopefully on getting the physique you wanted. Lets stop with the excuse of being to busy.... lets train!!! anyway good morning and good day to all of the steemit universe see you guys soon!!!
