We don't have fresh coconuts near where I live, but I know it is delicious straight from the source! Hopefully we can get some fresh in a few months when we take a vacation to the Dominican Republic!
I myself tried some imported ones back in Germany, but it doesn‘t taste as great and I am also not a fan of long transportation of food - sticking to local, seasonal fruits and veggies is more my thing 😉
