Heart has been considered as a potent medicine in Ayurveda. The first drug that is mentioned in Charaka Code of Ayurveda is Harad, Haray or Harikeki. It is said in the scriptures about the utility of the herd that in the house there is no mother, her mother is a siren. The mother can still be angry (anger), but no one is harmed when herd gets in the stomach, but always benefits. Most of the small herd is used only in the domestic form. Harry is beneficial for the whole body, especially in the cases of constipation, hemorrhoids, stomach remover, eye glow and hunger, digestion and diseases occurring in different seasons.
Major use
For piles and constipation, make a pill by mixing a little jaggery in two grams of herd powder. After mixing roasted cumin seeds in the buttermilk, after taking it with fresh buttermilk, after taking it in the morning and evening it provides relief in pain and swelling of piles of piles. Take 2-3 grams of turmeric powder or whisk on the pan and grind it after cooling. Taking this powder from hot water at night, it is beneficial in constipation, gas, acidity and hemorrhoids.
Sucking 1-2 small herbs after eating does not result in hunger, the problem of gas and constipation is solved. Drug additive like Haridichi powders, Triphala powders, Sondhi harad, Mardab of myar etc. are very beneficial. Small herbs are easily found in all the pansari. This is the cheap and accessible medicine of Ayurveda.
