Myrobalan- The Yogi Super Brain Food! (Karma Chameleon)
The Medicine Buddha, Lapis Lazuli Blue,
Also known as Bhai-Saj-Ya-Gu-Ru,
Holder of the ancient plant of Haritaki,
To see his image or to hear his name is considered very lucky!
In Tibetan Buddhism, Haritaki’s the only herb
capable of healing illness from emotions disturbed.
Tibetan medicine recognize that there are three
emotions that are the root cause of disease-
passion, aggression, ignorance (also known as confusion),
Haritaki is the only herb
known to cut through the delusions.
An official publication , known as a Pharm-a-co-poeia
shares medical research from scientific peers,
And science pairs with ancient wisdom
In the International Journal Of Ayurveda and Pharma Research,
to prove that Haritaki is gold in its multitude of uses.
For Tibetan healers Haritaki is considered a treatment universal,
that may cure all 404 diseases- which may stem from emotions personal.
The power of the mind in healing is the foundation,
Haritaki effects the physical and mental persuasions.
It opens up all pathways to get oxygen to the brain,
and clears away toxic build up to get all organs to gain.
Other names for Haritaki are Myrobalan or Ar-ru-ra,
Of which Medicine Buddha is found holding the fruit of.
The fruit of Haritaki is called Dug-bcom - which means
“That which renders poison inactive”,
so it detoxes and cleans!
When you take toxins out your body and poisons out your brain,
you could understand how emotions could get healed all the same.
In Ayurvedic medicine it’s acclaimed for balancing ‘Dosha’ energies
Biological energies found throughout the body and mind,
Dohas derive from the five elements,
their related properties make up humankind.
They circulate through the body governing physiological activity,
their differing proportions determine one’s temperament and constitution,
When unbalanced you have a disposition for disorder,
Depression and nervousness, with little resolution.
Vatta, Pitta, Kapha are the Dohas three,
Space and air, fire and water, water and earth- in degrees,
balanced in proportions to make up your unique blueprint,
For health, physical expression and fulfillment.
Haritaki is one of the few herbs known to balance these,
While removing all afflictions caused from impurities.
Named after the Hindu deity, Lord Shiva
It comes from the Himalaya’s- Shivas realm,
imparting fearlessness and clear perception,
qualities within Lord Shiva that are found.
It feeds the nerves, the brain and imparts pure awareness,
combining five of the six tastes- only excluding saltiness.
It’s astringent, almost bitter
best taken with some honey and ghee,
to deliver all it’s nutrients to muscles efficiently.
Most known for its cleansing effect on the colon and digestive system,
in proper doses it’s been effective in stopping cancer growth and assisting
in slowing or killing the cancerous tissues,
also in healing malabsorption issues.
It clears away ‘Ama’
which is accumulated toxins,
and improves voice and vision-
so you don’t feel as if you’re boxed in!
It fights harmful bacteria,
or fungal overgrowth and viral infections-
It’s an ancient gift emerging as a calling,
to natures wise perfections!
