Sit quietly, breathe unremarkably, and repeat the phrase "May I be happy, could I be peaceful," says Salzberg. Whenever your attention wanders, gently let those thoughts go and are available back to the phrase. when repetition that phrase for yourself, provide it up to incorporate all beings all over, spoken communication "May all things be happy, could all things be peaceful."
