TEA is very famous in all over the world.Nowadays everyone like Tea.I also like to take tea.
@BAD EFFECT OF BLACK TEA:

High amounts of black tea can cause side effects due to the caffeine in black tea. These side effects can range from mild to serious and include headache, nervousness, sleep problems, vomiting, diarrhea, irritability, irregular heartbeat, tremor, heartburn, dizziness, ringing in the ears, convulsions, and confusion.

@DISADVANTAGES :
There are some disadvantages of drinking black tea. Aside from plain water, tea is the most widely consumed beverage in the world. Black, green and white teas all come from the same plant. They are distinguished from infusions made with herbs, such as chamomile, primarily by their antioxidant and caffeine content.

It is thought that antioxidants and magnesium compounds help to keep weight down. Drinking one cup of tea a day could also help to reduce the risk of ovarian cancer, studies have suggested. ... However, the amount of caffeine is small and makes tea a healthier alternative to coffee.

Drinking tea could help you lose weight, new research has found – but the effects are cancelled out if you add milk. Scientists have discovered that tea contains high levels of compounds that help to reduce the amount of fat absorbed by the gut and can cut cholesterol.
