Nuts really are the perfect snack. I figure its best to avoid the salty one as too much salt is warned against but non salted ones are easy to get and oh so delicious
I lived with a doctor for a while. She would go on and on about how most people don't need sodium restriction--as she gobbled down potato chips (she was thin and active). I'm OK without the salt but I do like them roasted.
