Get Naturally Gorgeous Skin Without Spending a dime
Just forget about the ridiculously expensive chemical peels, surgical face-lifts, Botox, or pricey hopes-in-a-jar. You can get a fresh, youthful, glowing skin by simply following a few methods and getting a little creative around your kitchen.
a) Get a coffee scrub
Don't throw away the coffee grounds that brewed up your morning pot of lava. A handful of moist grounds can make an excellent facial exfoliator or an all-over body scrub. Not only do the grounds physically get rid of dead skin cells with remarkable ability, the remaining caffeine also helps to tightens and firms pores in the skin, thereby resulting into impossibly smooth skin. If you have a dry skin, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil for that much needed moisture before application.

Dirty makeup brushes and sponges are great homes for bacteria and grime. Allowing them to fester in their filth and then rubbing them all over your face is the quickest path to clogged pores all forms of acne you can imagine. Always wash your makeup tools regularly at least once a week with a spot of shampoo and warm water to leave them as good as new.

d) Give yourself a facial massage
Always massage your face in order to increase blood circulation to your epidermis and to further improve the firmness of your skin while loosening muscles locked in habitual lines and wrinkles. When you're scrubbing your face, or even applying your usual toner or moisturizer, start at your chin and further sweep your hands upwards toward your cheeks, eye area, and your forehead.

e) Do a weekly Steam
Stave off acne by weekly steaming your face in order to pores, boost circulation, and flush out toxins. All you need to achieve a good steam is a pot of water, a stove, and a towel. For added effects you can throw in a handful of herbs like lavender, calendula, chamomile, or thyme to the hot water.Bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and let simmer for 5-10 minutes, then place the pot on a kitchen table or counter-top. Put the towel over your head like a tent and lean your face over the steaming pot—but not so close that you do not scald yourself. Hold this position for 5 minutes, afterwards rinse your face with cool water to close your pores.

f) Take shorter, cooler showers
Hot water whisks away the water-retentive fatty substances in your skin, leaving it dry—or in serious cases, cracked. If the idea of a cold one leaves you shivering, try a warm shower instead of a scalding one. Alternatively, lather up, rinse instead of staying longer than necessary.

g) Get moving
Our bodies were not designed to sit behind a desk all the livelong day. Instead of parking your butt in front of the PC or television, get outside and be active.Keeping our muscles toned isn't just about body-shaping, it also helps to assist the blood to transport vital nutrients to all the cells in the body, while flushing away damaging toxins likewise. Exercise also helps to reduce the testosterone-related hormones that causes those annoying acne issues.

h) Avoid sweets
For a sweeter-looking appearance cut out the sugar. Sugar and highly refined carbohydrates, such as white bread, white rice, French fries, and sugary sodas, can speed up acne formation, as well as speed up aging. You may wonder what causes this. Well it is a chemical process known as glycation—a result of sugar breaking down and bonding with protein molecules thereby resulting in the diminishing of elasticity of collagen in your skin.

i) Always hydrate yourself
Always remember to drink plenty of water, around six to eight glasses a day, to help rid your body of toxins that accumulate regularly in the body. The lesser the chemical burden your body has to deal with such as pesticides, synthetic chemicals, and heavy metals, the more energy it has left for cellular renewal; and the healthier you will be.
