How to maintain a healthy diet and body fitness in 2018

Hello Steemians! One of the reasons why I chose to on-board these platform was not just to write and post quality articles,to comment and upvote posts but basically to solve problems happening around us. In the light💡 of solving problems, I had to disperse some secrets of the evidence of good living,with high hopes and expectations of it to positively affecting your life and will evidently enhance your standard of living physically, psychologically and financially.

(1)Throwing out bad diets and replace it will healthy ones.
The things we eat basically affect all expects of our life positively or negatively.i will show you some healthy diets that will enhance your immune system and give you the shape and body size that will beautify you in 2018.
(a) Turn your back from the burger 🍔 and fries 🍟, the cake 🎂 and soda and embrace a healthy diet like more of fruits like orange, carrot, grape🍇 tomato 🍅apple🍎 and 🍌 banana etc and you will be living life to its fullest.

(2)Drink more water 💧
You can feel refreshed and ready for anything when you drink plenty of water💧.Give yourself the boost that you deserve by aiming to drink around 8 glasses of 🍷 water a day. Remember though everyone is different and you might need more if you have got a higher level of activities.

(3)Transform your fitness and let the real you shine through. Get fighting fit through mix of healthy diets, regular exercise and plenty of rest and trust me you will certainly be untop of your game.

(4)Don't let by posture cause you spinal problems or drain your energy.correct that bad posture so that spine remains straighten and allow yourself to be the best you can.

(5)Fight to fulfill your wishes
Don't just dream about it, do it. Whatever wishes and desires you have for 2018 get there and get them. Let your passion drive you and show how you really feel,let your dream come true and allow yourself to be the best you can be.
