Weight loss diet plan in 7 days
General Motors (GM) diet is simple, but not easy. This regime only includes fruits, vegetables, fruit juices, soups and proteins such as meat or cheese. The goal is to make the body metabolism, reduce appetite and detoxify the body. In addition, if applied over 7 days, you will lose weight and maintain a healthy diet.
Day 1: Fruit Day
The first day is the hardest day in the diet plan. You can only eat fruit all day, except bananas. You can eat fruit many times a day, as they are rich in fiber but low in calories. On this day you only load up to 1000-1200 calories.
Day 2: Vegetables Day
On the second day of the diet, you only eat raw or cooked vegetables. However, the potatoes contain more carbs so you can only eat breakfast.
Day 3: Vegetables and fruits
You only eat fruits and vegetables, except bananas and potatoes.
Day 4: Banana and milk
This is also a stressful day because you are only allowed to eat bananas and milk.
Day 5: Protein and vegetables
If you are not vegetarian, you can be happy that the fifth day of the GM diet allows 500 grams of meat (any meat). Remember to drink more water as meat increases the level of uric acid in the body, causing gout.
Day 6: Protein and vegetables
Day 6 is similar to Day 5, except you are not allowed to eat potatoes.
Day 7: Brown rice, fruit and vegetables
This is the last day of the GM diet, which allows you to eat fruits, vegetables and brown rice. You can have a delicious meal when preparing vegetables to eat with rice.
Note, you are not allowed to use all grain foods for 7 days after the GM diet, including instant noodles, rice and pasta. In addition, you should not use beans, beans in this diet because they have a lot of calories.
