Free From Illness: Your Super Healthy Body Guide with 2 Simple Life Changing Hacks
Sometimes taking care of yourself is as simple as eating living foods and getting plenty of rest.
The basis of eating “living” foods is that living cells heal our cells. So when you eat organic, fresh, raw veggies, herbs, greens and fruits, you are getting healthy living cells into your body.
By eating living foods, you can help heal your body. Dead, processed foods don’t do your cells any good. So they don’t do your body any good. By eating a lot of dead foods, you are hurting your body with free radicals and toxins. These foods are processed and stripped of vital nutrients and vitamins. Even microwaving good food kills many of the vitamins and minerals.

Living foods help build up your immune system and maintain its strength. You don’t see too many people get sick who eat these foods. Another thing they do is relax, free themselves from harmful stress and get plenty of rest.
Deep breathers and mediators have a lot going for them. They know how to take time out of a day and rest their minds and bodies. If you can’t take a nap every day, at least make an appointment with yourself to rest. You can be asleep and not feel rested. Rest is a state of being. Your muscles relax and release tension, especially around your neck and in your back.

Make time before you fall asleep to shut down electronics and prepare your bedroom with soft light, pleasant aromatherapy like lavender, and free areas from clutter. Waking up in the night and checking computers, phone, tablets and the like actually wakes up your brain, making it harder to fall back to sleep. It’s better to have your room completely dark, cool and not used as a work space.
Rest your mind and body and eat living foods. This helps with food addiction, weight control and overall health.
