Hey! I just thought I should put together these few health tips to help us all live healthier long lives. Scroll down?

  • Eat more fish: Study has shown that eating more fish as opposed to meat is way healthier as eating fish especially fatty fish like salmon which is much loaded with omega-3 fatty acids would decrease the risk of cardiovascular diseases.

  • Drink and less soda: Study has shown that drinking sugary drinks increases the risk of health complications such as diabetes, obesity and even heart disease. So reduce the amount of sugary drinks you take and try more water and maybe even coffee.

  • Drink water first thing in the morning: Drinking water especially warm water first thing in the morning is very beneficial to our health as it flushes the digestive system and jump starts your metabolism. It also helps you maintain healthy body weight, re-hydrates the body keeping you refreshed for the rest of the day and since brain tissue is 76% water it helps keep your brain operating properly.

  • Eat more vegetables and fruits:Eating more vegetables and fruits would keep you healthy and help reduce the risk of many diseases including high blood pressure and some cancers. They are rich in vitamins and minerals that keep you energized.

  • Sleep well: Sleeping well is part of a healthy lifestyle, it helps relax your mind, your brain, sharpens your attention and rests your whole body in general.

  •  Don't skip breakfast: Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, make it a habit to eat high-fibre breakfast and skipping breakfast doesn't make you loose weight, breakfast skippers makes rather tend to gain weight.
