What is garlic


Garlic is popular vegetable and ingredient for various meals, but not everybody knows its effects on human organism and health at all. Garlic is appreciated from long time ago. Already in antiquity was a garlic connected with some special powers and later it was believed it can be used against vampires. On old Egyptian scrolls there was found recipes from garlic for treatment of many diseases.

In short, garlic is beneficial for:

  • physical and sexual activity
  • cognition
  • resistance to infection and viruses
  • anti-aging
  • cholesterol reduction
  • high blood pressure

Many people are discouraged by its typical smell which comes from garlic main curative sulfuric component. It fights against bacteria, viruses and molds. For example Staphylococcus aureus has about 560 tribes and garlic can kill more than 500 of them! So don't be one of these people whilst it has so much benefits!

The minimum effective dose of garlic is single segment of garlic bulb, eaten two or three times a day together with food. Garlic also might be toxic when intakes are too high.
