Is micro management killing employee spirit?
Do you guys think that micro management is still something that could work? I find it really difficult to defend micro management. But before jumping to conclusions I'm curious to what you guys think?
My personal opinion/experience is that most people WANT to have more responsibility, as long as they get the luxury of making mistakes. Most people I know are creative enough to be very valuable for their company, but suffer because of micro managers.
