My secret to health
I use to be the guy who had a shelf full of supplements. I was always looking for the next natural supplement that could push me into the healthy lifestyle I wanted to be in. Unfortunately I never found that supplement, not for lack of trying though. lol. Turns out sometimes less is more. I realized I didn't need all those expensive supplements. I needed something totally different.
Carbon is a pretty amazing element. We use it for so many things in everyday life and you probably don't even realize it. One of carbons biggest benefits is its property to clean. That's right, carbon cleans! Sounds silly that something so dirty could be clean, but its properties allow it to be the ultimate cleaner. Because of that we use carbon in filters of every kind. Air filters, Water filters, oil filters, just to name a few of the big ones. It has a unique property that makes it able to bind to other elements.
Buckminsterfullerene is the chemical compound with the formula C-60. It has a cage-like fused-ring structure (truncated icosahedron) that resembles a soccer ball (football), made of twenty hexagons and twelve pentagons, with a carbon atom at each vertex of each polygon and a bond along each polygon edge.
C-60 (carbon 60) is the most amazing filter I have ever come across, it is a carbon filter for your entire body. Sounds crazy, right? I thought so too when I first heard about it. But after trying it out, I totally believe in it. Here's why.
When I got out of the military I had a lot health problems. Two tours to Iraq were not kind on my body. The VA had me prescribed to 13 medications to help with stomach issues, migraines, and high cholesterol amongst many other things (that aren't important to this post). My life was pretty messed up, and the side affects from the medications were actually worse than the initial problems, so after years of suffering from side affects I decided to just deal with my health issues rather than take medications.
For years I took natural supplements and tried my best to excercise when I had the energy to get out of bed. Not much changed, I spent a lot of time growing weed, watching netflix and just dealing with all the pain. Life was more about existing than it was about living.
One day while listening to youtube I heard about C-60, completely on accident. I was listening to one of my favorite people and he mentioned it in passing. I was so intrigued I had to track some down and give it a try. Not the easiest task at the time, as this was not readily available basically anywhere!
C-60 ended up basically curing me from in just over a month. No more nausau or migraines, it literally changed my life! I had tried basically everything in the last decade and C-60 was the only thing that helped with my stomach issues and migraines. Something that drugs, acupuncture, chiropractic and basically any other type of treatment you could possibly fathom, couldn't help at all. I was convinced I had something in my body that needed to be filtered out before I could feel better. C-60 did the trick, I have never felt better in my entire life!
I'm not saying it is a cure all, far from it really, it is simply a filter. But a much needed filter for your entire body! Trust me, with the daily assault our bodies take from food and environment alone, we need something to help our liver filter our body and this is it.
As a whole body filter C-60 attaches to free radicals in your body and helps you to get them out.
The free radical theory of aging (FRTA) states that organisms age because cells accumulate free radical damage over time.[1] A free radical is any atom or molecule that has a single unpaired electron in an outer shell.
So it helps your body from getting damaged, which hypothetically means it should help to keep you from aging! That's right, this is suppose to help you live longer, and healthier! But one of my favorite things about C-60 is that I can work out as hard as I want as long I take C-60 I am barely sore at all the next day, it is crazy!
There are way to many reasons to name why I love C-60. But I will tell you this, I will be taking it for the foreseeable future and I think it's worth everyone at least looking into it. What do you got to loose?

I have tried pretty much all the brands now and i find this one to be the best quality.. and its a 45 day supply for $70. Sound expensive but its sooooo worth it..
No i dont do the hydrogenated water (anymore).. i have full bottle of food grade hydrogen peroxide if u want it, ill send it to u for free cuz im done with it.. ;)
I think its great and all, but c-60 alone does amazing (for me) and after 60days of the hydrogenated water i was tired of the regimen.

Appreciate the offer for the food grade hydrogen peroxide but I'm looking at getting a machine that uses electrolysis to create the hydrogen on demand.

I looked into those machines, prolly way easier than dealing with the hydrogen peroxide, but I already had bought the HP so I didn't bother trying the machine.
I don't know who you ordered from but purple power was my 2nd favorite brand.
either way, c-60 is seriously the best thing i have ever stumbled upon.. It literally changed my life. If you are a health nut like me you will find this invaluable. just make sure u don't take it with your supplements cuz it will just filter it all out.. lol.. take c-60 in the morning and supplements in the afternoon or u will just be waisting them ;)

I ordered from Vaughter Wellness. After hearing the impacts it's had on you, I'm even more excited to see what kind of an impact it has for me. Should be hear early next week, so I don't have to wait much longer.
Oh, i had never heard of this brand before.. i think im gonna give it a shot because it is so much cheaper then what i buy.. i have been taking it so long now i can always tell when one brand doesnt hold up to another one.. i will be more sore after a hard work out or i just wont feel like i had the energy i have when i take the good c-60.. it is very slight difference but with some c-60 i had to double or triple the dose to be as good as the one i am taking now..
I also read in this article that sunflower and other oils are inferior oils for c-60??? I would have to disagree, i have read ALL the studies and that is not true, atleast not the way he states it.. As long as the oil is pure it doesn't matter really, u just cant use knock off oils (which is 95% of the oils u can buy at stores).

On the whole oil thing, I think they're just defensive because they used to own the market but now that the words out they've got a lot of new competition. From what I read their argument against the other oils is just that only quality EVOO was used in the lab study and so there argument is that their product is the one that adheres to what was actually used in the test environment.
They did mention one other place that they thought was another quality distributor like they were but I can't find it on the site now. Came across the other week when I was doing a ton of research. I'm curious now if it was the place you are getting yours from. I know it wasn't purple power.
Oh, that makes sense then. The reason I ended up going with the stuff I got now is because the guy who makes it is a rocket scientist. He actually extracts all the Carbon for the c-60 himself, he doesn't order it from a company and then just mix it together with the oil like pretty much all the other ones do. He claims it is by far the most pure form of carbon 60.
But I am always down to try a new kind ;) So I will be ordering this in a few days and I will let you know when I try it how it stands up to other brands.

Nice I have been wanting to try this supplement, (I am a supplement freak).
But I feel that it is a bit hard to trust youtube-reviews because of sponsorships etc.

Yeah, i didnt like what i found on youtube either, so i actually went thru all of the studies i could find on it.. i read about it for nearly a month before i decided to give it a try.. its amazing! But if u like supplements take them at opposite times of the day as c-60 or u will just filter them right out! Lol.
I remember in college we used to call this bucky ball. I heard about it first at Argonne Lab in Chicago. It was revolutionary and after that I never heard of it until I read your blog. Now you take it as a supplement and it filters out the bad stuff in your body? This is wild and good for you. You are definitely right. I will look into it again.
Yeah, the bucky ball! Ur the first person who ive talked to that even heard about it before! When they first discovered it they were using it as a industrial strength lubricant, but they had to test it on rats to see how harmful it was to humans.. well the rats lived 3x their life span and had to be killed so the study could end! Lol.. thats when they really realized what they had found..
Hahaha. It was around '96. I never went on with chemistry. I did molecular and then was in Korea as an English teacher for 20 years.

Carbon is natural and so is the oil mix it in so yes, as far as i know it is natural.. yes, people try to sell the anti aging properties of it, i honestly cant speak for that part of it yet as i have only been taking it for about 6 months now.. but the other benefits alone are worth taking it! ;)

Nice review on the Carbon-60. I believe we need to get doctor's prescription to get Carbon-60. I am curious if there are any side effects of Carbon-60?
No u dont need a doctors prescription, its only available online. And no, there are no side affects to it, atleast as far as i know, and i have done extensive studying on it..
