Natural method for better sight

Hello Stemians, today my post is dedicated to all Stemians and their friends who cant live without eyeglasses. Whats about? I will present you a different theory about eyes and glasses. I will show you the method of dr. Bates who described how our eyes funtion and what we actually should do to better our sight.
Even in childhood our doctors obligate us to wear glasses if we have bad sight. They expline the glasses will increase the quality of our sight. However, I don`t know if you noticed, I did, wearing glasses, in many cases human sight lower by the time, instead of sight the diopter increases . So, dr. Bates, american doctor who was living in the beginning of 20. century, showed how human eyes function.

For health of our eyes our eyes muscles have to be strong. It`s the fact about our all muscles: if we want our leg to run, walk long and so on, our leg muscles must have a power. The same is with eyes muscles because they are considered of the same sort of muscles legs and other parts of our body are considered. So, when we injure our leg, it recovers, but it can not funtion good before we do apropriate exercises for leg. So, as the conclusion, we can also practice the muscles which are situated around the eyeball and which are responsible for eye contraction. This way human seeing will better becuse muscles we will train will become stronger. After, and during the process of our training, we will be able to remove the glasses from our face.

Some exercices to make your muscles stronger are:

  1. move your eyes up and down 6 times, make a little pause and repeat the same 2 times
  2. move your eyes left and right, the same repeating
  3. make a circle with your eyes, the same repeating
  4. And the last excercise, but the most important is changing the focus, known as „accomodation reflex“. It means you look at the some object near, then change your view on some object in the distance. There can be different distances and more objects you focus on.

It`s the most effective exercise because visual defects appear because of your focusing on the same object, such as computer or TV. The eye needs much activity for good sight. When you watch without glasses, your eyes make some effort what provides your eyes better activity than watching trought eyesglasses.

For eye is relaxing also important. The eye functions the best way when it`s relaxed, and relaxed the whole body, too. So, here are the exercises for relaxing the eye:

  1. the most effective is „palming“ –you sit down and take your elbows on your knees. Take your palms on your eyes. Spend some time in this posture, as longer as better (daily an hour is optimally).

  1. another effective thing for relaxing your eyes is splashing the cold water on your eyes. It`s good for circulation in the area of your eyes
  2. sunbathing- put your head up to the sun and enable your eyes sun energy 10 minutes 3 times a day

Moreover, your body activity and healthy feeding are so important because eye is also a part of body and it need the same care as for example your liver or kidneys do. The body exercises, specially for arms and neck will provide your eyes area better circulation.

There are more exercises for better sight I can write in another post if youre interested. The most important is to take off your glasses or wear it as less as its possible. And be insistent. Nothing can change after night.
