Amazing benefits and properties of Raw Parsley Juice

in #health6 years ago (edited)

Hi there:)

Let's talk about health and raw juices! I try to do this yearly!

What's that? Well, I try to have a " few days or max two weeks off food", meaning that I'll try to have just raw fresh juices of fruits and veggies. This is not so easy, but there are sooo many benefits when you give your body a pause. Actually, you can call this:

Detoxification

When you body its not "busy" with the process of digestion, it finally has time to do some "cleaning".  Maybe you know that detoxification is the process of removing toxic substances. And toxins, in this case, are preservatives, additives, undigested and gathered foods in the body, all kind of substances we have ingested that our body didnt recognized them in order to process them as normal food and they remaind in our body's bloodstream, causing all kind of diseases.

So, a week with RAW FRESH JUICES it's like Heaven On Earth! Your body will thank you! Ofc, this procedure must be taken very carefuly. You must do a real research about this topic, in order to be efficient and not harm your body. (but I will write about this topic, if you want to read more, dont forget to Follow me)

I read a lot about consuming raw juices, but I love the book of Dr. Norman W. Walker, "Fresh Vegetable and Fruit Juices", which is one of the books that inspired me to become a nutritionist. In this book he writes about all kind of veggies juices and formulas he has created to treat specific diseases, formulas based on raw juices.

But today I choose to write about PARSLEY because I find it extraordinary and because I ADORE THIS PLANT! I've said it before, I like to eat raw parsley, directly from my garden!

Parsley is a fortifying multivitamin and a mineral complex in the form of a green plant. It contains proteins (20%), flavonoids, essential oils, iron, calcium, phosphorus, manganese, sulfur, vitamin K, vitamin C, beta carotene and last but not least chlorophyll.

As for raw parsley juice, it is the strongest of juices. It is not recommended to administer it in quantities larger than 30-60 ml if it's not mixed with a sufficiently large amount of carrot juice or other raw vegetable juice, such as celery, lettuce or spinach;

Raw parsley has essential properties for oxygen metabolism, maintaining physiological parameters of the adrenal glands and thyroid. The chemical elements we find in the parsley composition are proportioned to help maintaining the health of blood vessels, especially capillaries and arterioles. It is an excellent food for the genito-urinary tract, being a great help in renal and biliary lithiasis, albuminuria, nephritis and other kidney diseases. It has been used with good results in the case of hydroposis.

It is also effective for any affection of the eyes and the nerves of the eye. Poor vision, corneal ulceration, cataracts, conjunctivitis, ophthalmia at any stage, or pupillary sluggishness have been treated very efficiently with fresh juice of raw parsley mixed with carrot juice or a combination of carrot juice, celery and endives.

Also, parsley juice is our "friend", helping us fighting against extra pounds.

Never consume too much parsley juice because its very high concentration may lead to nervous system disorders. Consumed in suitable combinations with other juices is extremely beneficial.

Strictly speaking, parsley belongs to the herbaceous herb class; hence its very powerful and detoxifying effect. It is used very efficiently to stimulate menstrual flow, especially in combination with red beet juice or with a combination of red beets, carrots and cucumbers. Calms and often drives cramps that occur as a result of irregular menstrual cycle, in the conditions of regular consumption of this juice and the complete elimination of starch and concentrated sugar.

You can download the free version of book here http://www.truthseekerz.com/fresh-vegetable-and-fruit-juices-by-norman-walker.pdf or you can buy it if you want! I truly recomment this book!

Like a small conclusion, you can drink this juice a few times a week and if you decide to have a full week of raw juices then you'll have to have a variety of juices, including this one!

Hope this article helps you in any way:) Keep it up, guys! Be strong and positive!

Stay healthy my friends!

Love,

Miss Deli

thanks for Reminder benefit it . i will try deliouse juice

Sure! It's my pleasure. :)

Ahhh... Must be hard to drink :)

I never made pure parsley juice, I always put in some sweet fruit like bananas or persimmons, makes life infinitely more bareable.

I grew french parsley last year, a curly variety with very aromatic foliage. It has regrown during the winter a few times and waiting for a new summer to set seed.

I hope I have enough time to grow a few dozen plants for this year also...

BTW, isn't that a cutie?

I dont find it hard to drink, especially combined with other juices.I did drink raw parsley juice in small quantities and I was totally ok with it:). I know and I love french parsley. It is more "appealing" haha and yes, it is a cutie! I'd like to eat it and I feel guily! poor parsley :(

Refined carbohydrates like processed grains are unhealthy. They are lacking in nutrients and lead to rapid spikes in blood sugar and insulin, which can cause all sorts of problems down the line.

Thanks for the info :).

Excellent @missdeli thank you for this Post! And I will take these days since I require extra calcium doses

Thank you Eve! you're very welcome:) I think its a good choice start drinking raw parsley juice. Just be carefull with the doses.

Very informative. Thanks.

Namaste,

JaiChai

Ohh thanks, you're so welcome!
'Namaste'!

What an amazing post--beautifully written and chock full of good info and ideas. I love juicing and used to be really into it (this makes me want to start again!)

Well, this is what actually hoped for! I mean, you, getting in love again with the juices:x
Thank you @lilyraabe for your kind words of appreciation! Hugs from Romania:)

Buna. Sper sa gasesc raspunsurile in postarile viitoare :). Zi placuta

So, o sa incerc sa raspund la intrebarile tale in urmatorul meu post. Zi placuta si tie :)

Multumesc. Cred ca am inteles perfect mesajul. Nu ma refer la cura de patrunjel :). Ma refer la cura in general fie ca are morcovi, telina, sfecla, etc :). Astept cu nerbadare urmatoarele postari. Zi placuta.

Atunci e ok. Da, despre asta o sa vorbesc intr-un articol dedicat procesului de detoxifiere. Dar in articolul de fata, vroiam sa fie mai mult o introducere pentru sucul de patrunjel. La fel si tie si weekend frumos:)

I've never tried this before I think I'm going to give it a go thanks for this great post just followed you and upvoted hope you enjoy your bank holiday weekend

It is such a healthy raw juice! I truly recommend you to drink this juice a few times/week or any other juice! They are extremely healthy for our body:)
and Thank you very much!

Parsley is such a great herb! I love it and could eat it every day. I would love to do a juice fast but I can't do it while in cold Sweden. I need to much carbs for that. Maybe in summer or when i'll go traveling to a warmer country =).
Great post =)

Yup, it issss!! wow! Sweden! yes, you need more carbs than we do! But you can have a glass of raw parsley juice extra to your meals. Just drink it for your body! dont need to be somewhere else in order to do this. Thanks for "the visit". I truly appreciate it!:)

Oh you are so right :D Didn't think about that I can make it before breakfast and drink on empty stomach :D.
Now you have inspired me to grow my own parsley and experiment a little :) Parsley/mint juice on the morning should do the trick.
Thank you for my new project :D

ohh really? you made my day! cause this is what I want from people. I want you to get inspired having more healthy foods or stuff like this:) Yes, you can have the juice before the breakfast! just give it 15 minutes and then you can eat your food. Thanks so much!:x

Yes really :D I've been wanting to grow my own herbs for quite a while but did not have the inspiration for it but now I feel like I do :) Here in Sweden we buy whole parsley plants and then throw away what's left of it when we have used it. So now no more waste (also a stepping stone towards my cheaper life :D). I will save next plant and make it grow at home so I always have green herbs when needed. :)

Hey :) very happy to read this! Hope you can do it!! I also did the same with a basil plant! and I'm so proud of myself! Now I have my fresh basil whenever I want. You'll have your PArsley from now on! :X:X hugs

Thank you so much :) I just have to keep them alive :D That's the hard part :D

The hardest drink I had similar to this juice. The taste stuck in my mouth for hours. A clever thought of my mum using honey to cover the taste. Now, I can drink without a worry.

Hmm, it depends on what veggie juice did you had. I didnt tried it with honey. I can drink it this way cause I know its healthy and the taste doesnt matter for me:D

You are indeed an incredible women.

Thank you very much! I'm just normal, all women are incredible. :)
