Many people don’t realize that when you hard cook the yolk, you damage the wonderful omega 3’s.
Eat your yolks runny! Soft-boil, poach, raw, or over easy.

Yes dear you are absolutely right. Too much boil or cooked just spoiled all of food nutrition that not very beneficial for our health.
