THE AMAZING GOOD HEALTH REGIME
‘Make your body a temple; a pure environment where disease and illness cannot flourish’

This regime is to keep the body alkalized at all times so that disease (any disease) cannot live or thrive there. Cancer for example loves sugar and hates heat. So getting morning sun for half to one hour is imperative for everyone. Then no carbs, processed foods, sugar or sweeteners makes sense. Don't feed the disease food that it likes!!! Give it what it doesn't like. The green, raw liquefied super foods are imperative (full of antioxidants and anti-cancer and anti-disease molecules). They become super foods when they are liquefied. No chemicals i.e. drink rainwater not tap water and no microwaving because it deadens the food. The success rate for cancer and other serious diseases is 86% in comparison to just 2% for radiation/chemotherapy and other modern day medical treatments. They can be completely reversed...amazing.

Think back to Biology at high school. Remember how the cells replicate and take a copy of themselves. Well; if you keep putting the same junk into a body that's all it can copy... bad or unhealthy cellular replication. The cells can then mutate into cancer or any other disease (900 plus). They have only got what you give them. Now on the other hand; do this regime properly without sneaking any junk food or chemicals (such as in tap water) and the cells will replicate themselves healthily. They are copying or renewing at 1 to 7 billion every second. Amazing... put something wonderful into the photocopier (the body) and see the end result. Do this regime every single day...

  1. Eat 2 COOKED eggs for breakfast (no bread). Add parsley and cracked pepper to taste.
  2. 200mls of green and other liquefied veggies 3 times per day. Include the peel and skins. Include these veggies – spinach, broccoli, celery, asparagus, kale, carrots, apple, dark berries, almonds, oranges, lemons, limes, tomatoes and avocado. IMPORTANT NOTE: 80% of your diet needs to be made up of this RAW LIQUID VEGETABLE JUICE. It must not be cooked or heated so the molecular structure is kept intact. You can have the liquefied veggies separately from the fruit; which can be used in a milk smoothie or as a natural juice drink. However; adding apple and lemon and lime to the veggie mix can make it taste better. You may find it hard to drink the juice with garlic and onion - put these 2, in a salad instead. BUY WHAT IS IN SEASON and ORGANIC; where possible. REMEMBER TO AVOID WHOLE GLASSES OF 'STORE BOUGHT' JUICES as they will spike your blood sugar (spikes in blood sugar from any food may be a precursor to cancer) even though they may not have sugar added, they are so intense & concentrated for flavour. Limit these juices to 1/4 glass OR BETTER STILL LIQUEFY YOUR OWN ORGAINIC ORANGES/LEMONS/LIMES/GRAPEFRUIT- with skins and seeds. A whole lemon (just cut and put into the liquefier as with all other citrus fruits).
    GLUTATHIONE - when the level drops below 70% in the body - you know your body is in big TROUBLE. SULPHUR RICH FOODS AND CRUCIFEROUS VEGETABLES SUPPORT GLUTATHIONE PRODUCTION (vital for the immune system) Asparagus, avocado and watermelon are rich in Glutathione - these 3 eaten raw - put the watermelon and asparagus into the liquefier and drink raw with the other fruit and vegetables (for cancer patients drink up to 8 glasses a day) apple acids unlock 60% more vitamins and minerals from carrot - so good to juice together with skins and apple seeds - juice these together - let stand for 5 mins for the apple acids to do their job, then liquefy all the other DARK leafy greens - even the cruciferous vegetables such as BROCCOLI can go into the juice. RECIPE FOR NUTRI-BULLET LIQUEFIER/EXTRACTOR
10 almonds
10cm celery
10 cm leek
10cm asparagus
8 baby spinach leaves
2 brussel sprouts
1 broccoli flower
4 beans
2 mushrooms
4 blackberries
4 blueberries
1 slice of orange
1 slice of lemon
1 slice of avocado
Half a carrot
Half an apple
One piece of watermelon
2 small lettuce leaves
1 shake of cinnamon
1 squeeze of pure honey
Basil, Thyme, Rosemary, and parsley
20cm of water

This recipe is liquefied together and eaten raw. 80% of a cancer patients’ diet should be made up of this. They can drink/eat 8 glasses per day. All of the peel and seeds go in to. They are the best bits. The honey gives it a sweeter flavor.
REMEMBER - ASPARAGUS, AVOCADO, AND WATERMELON are GLUTATHIONE RICH TO FIGHT CANCER & also recycle antioxidants to fight cancer). CANCER PATIENTS: EAT AND EAT AND EAT BROCCOLI, BASIL, THYME, ROSEMARY, CELERY, ENDIVES, PARSLEY, LEEK; ONION AND BEANS have APIGENIUM content which STARVES CANCER CELLS. All of these can be liquefied - skins, seeds and all.

  1. Get some morning sun. Half an hour to an hour every day.
  2. Cut out completely- all white bread, all carbohydrates, all sugar including saccharin’s/sweeteners, soft drinks, msg, soy products, all processed foods and microwaving of any kind. Anything in a packet has virtually no nutritional value whatsoever; as the molecular structure has been compromised from processes used by the manufacturer. Cook with butter, olive oil or coconut oil.   3. 1 tablespoon of natural honey per day; 1x banana every day (organic or well-washed fruit and veggies) are the way to go. You can put your honey in the raw vegetable mixture.
  4. You can still eat good quality cuts of unprocessed meat without sauces or marinades for dinner (have the veggies RAW and liquefied on the side if you like).
  5. IMMEDIATELY start the BUDWIG THERAPY ONCE DAILY -the Budwig Rx will elevate the O2 levels in the blood and also at a cellular level. The air we breathe is not all utilized in the body and hence it is essential to absorb extra O2 at a cellular level.     1/3 cup of golden flax oil (highest source of omega 3) (health food shop or eBay?).
    2/3 cup of QUARK BRAND or organic cottage cheese (Woolworths).
    This could be for lunch with a salad; and other times just drink the liquefied raw veg juice. Cancer patients do this 3 to 4 times daily for cellular oxygenation.
  6. Drink rainwater not tap water. There are chemicals in tap water. The aim is to get the body to a certain alkaline level; and chemicals are not necessary in any diet.
  7. Eat 2 x tablespoons of virgin; organic coconut oil every morning for general good health (prevents Dementia/Alzheimer’s). This can also be swished around the mouth before swallowing; as it acts as a natural Listerine to prevent tooth cavities too. The coconut oil can be purchased on eBay. Alzheimer’s or dementia sufferers can have 4 tablespoons. SOME PEOPLE ARE ALLERGIC, just be aware before consumption.
  8. Incorporate onion and garlic into diet every day (e.g. in a salad). GREAT BOOST TO THE IMMUNE SYSTEM a couple of organic cloves of garlic a day together with one small raw onion a day - just slice up into a healthy salad – reduces excess cholesterol (body needs a certain amount of cholesterol).
  9. Tea and coffee are fine; provided there is NO sugar and the coffee is non-instant. Percolated coffee is great. Green or white tea is extra beneficial due to the antioxidants available from them.
    IMPORTANT: ALL 11 METHODS MUST BE UTILIZED IN ASSOCIATION WITH EACH OTHER. THE BODY NEEDS TO BEIS ALKALIZED AND PROPERLY OXYGENATED FOR GOOD HEALTH.
